3. Service Provider Registration

Property owners, homestay owners, lodge operators, resort owners, cab operators, and adventure providers may register their services on Tripwella.

By registering, providers agree that:

Information submitted is true and accurate.

Photos uploaded represent the actual service.

Rates and availability are regularly updated.

Necessary licenses and permits are maintained.

They will honor confirmed bookings.

4. Booking Policy

Bookings are subject to availability.

Service providers are responsible for delivering the booked services.

Travelers must verify booking details before confirmation.

Additional charges imposed by providers must be clearly disclosed.

5. Payments

Payments may be collected directly by Tripwella or the service provider.

Any applicable taxes and government charges shall be payable by the customer.

Tripwella reserves the right to modify service fees at any time.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the service provider.

Tripwella will facilitate communication between travelers and providers but does not guarantee refunds where provider policies restrict them.

7. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

Provide false information.

Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

Interfere with website operations.

Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

8. Provider Responsibilities

Providers agree to:

Maintain service quality.

Ensure guest safety.

Provide accurate descriptions.

Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Respond to customer inquiries promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tripwella shall not be liable for:

Property disputes.

Service quality disputes.

Personal injuries.

Loss of belongings.

Delays, cancellations, or force majeure events.

The responsibility for services rests with the respective provider.

10. Account Suspension

Tripwella may suspend or remove any account that:

Provides misleading information.

Receives repeated verified complaints.

Violates these Terms & Conditions.

11. Intellectual Property

The Tripwella name, logo, website design, and content are the property of Tripwella and may not be copied without permission.

12. Changes to Terms

Tripwella may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Shivamogga, Karnataka, India.
